Refund policy

At CraviQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product images

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • In some cases, return shipping charges may apply.

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product from our side, CraviQ will bear the return shipping cost.
