At CraviQ, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products
Products returned without original packaging
Customized or personalized items
Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Product images
Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
In some cases, return shipping charges may apply.
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product from our side, CraviQ will bear the return shipping cost.
