Cancellation Policy

At CraviQ, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted, as the order might already be processed or shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Registered Email Address

  • Reason for Cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will apply if cancelled within the allowed timeframe.

Important Notes

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
